OUR KNOW-HOW

APF offers a new concept of subcontracting. Your partner, APF, helps you in your research and development. You have an idea, a need, we make the specification together and our team will produce your product.  You give us your molds, APF who have a assembly workshop will produce you finished and semi-finished products.  

OUR STRENGTH

The rotomolding offers you a technic which permits a rapid return on investment thanks to the low cost of the tools and the fast execution (only one month).
Many industrial sectors already asked for our know how : building sector, agriculture, leisure sector, automotive sector...

OUR TOOLS

We have a storage space of 1000 m² and a plant of 2000 m² with : 

• 1 Caroussel diameter 3000mm. 
• 1 Rock'n Roll diameter 2800 mm, length 6000 mm.
• 1 Rock'n Roll diameter 2400 mm, length 5000 mm.     
• 1 polyurethanne foam machine. 

The raw materials we use are : 

• Polyurethane foam
• Polypropylene
• Polyethylene
